Living Intentionally with a Life Plan in 2013

Our days are numbered.

We really don’t know what to expect of tomorrow.

Nor can we undo the past.

But WE can make the most of this moment.

We can use the gifts and talents God has given us for His glory. We can join Him in His work and even find pleasure in doing the things others might find totally unappealing.

We can live intentionally.Living Intentionally Banner

I encourage you to join me in living intentionally this year.

I’ve been using the Living Intentionally Life Plan for more years than I can count, simply by pausing each year to take stock of what the Lord is impressing on my heart and consider the lessons of yesterday before I greet tomorrow.  This little process of completing a Living Intentionally life plan isn’t a magic tool that guarantees a better future. It doesn’t make my life feel perfect or even pretend to be so.  But living intentionally helps me re-group, re-focus, and re-purpose my time and resources. It helps me set boundaries and encourages me to pursue {those} hidden dreams.  Most importantly, taking time to live intentionally seems to get me right with God through a tender time of confession and a thoughtful time of prayer, as I seek Him for understanding and wisdom concerning my life and the purposes He has for me.
