If we’re called to teach…

It seems to me that as Christians, we will always find ourselves in the position of being a student of the Word.

We’ll never really have it all figured out.

And yet, as moms, we also carry the responsibility of being a teacher of God’s truth for our children. The cycle of learning and overflowing can never stop, especially if we are to carry out the call to teach our children diligently about the things of God.

But what if we are late bloomers when it comes to our faith?

What if we got of course and missed some key opportunities to learn God’s truth and teach it?

What if we feel clueless about how to raise our children with a Biblical foundation?

These are some of the questions I’m reflecting on and sharing about over at Mothers of Daughters this month (and next), since as first generation Christian, I’ve had to learn on the fly how to do this “teach them diligently” thing.  So come join me for the conversation over here.
