It was a stretching and growing experience to say the least as I was not only young, but I lacked an understanding of how to use our God-given wiring.
Years later, I began my own ministry, More to Be, which has proved to be an invaluable experience as I’ve learned how to nurture a team virtually and engage those God has surrounded me with in real life. I’ve also had the unique experience of taking over a conference 14 years in the making, selecting a new board (which God hand-picked), and training them in every area imaginable, all while running a business, writing a book, and being relocated 300 miles away from our team meetings.

Coach Training for Ministry Teams Online Program
You might wonder why you’d consider offering a coach training program for your ministry team? Well, because this 10 week online program is rooted in biblical principles that lead to tremendous personal growth while gaining fabulous communication and leadership skills.

This program is built off the Life Breakthrough Academy Coach Certification Course, meaning each person on your ministry team may complete the requirements set forth by Life Breakthrough Academy to receive their individual certification. Those requirements are: complete 9 of 10 sessions, submit two practice coaching scenarios, and sit for the pass/fail final exam.
The fee for this program is $798 per person, and it is not negotiable as the fee set by Life Breakthrough Academy for completing their course. Leadership Development Training Online Program
The Leadership Training Online Program is built upon the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) and resources provided by the Highlands Company. The Highlands Ability Battery is a method, a model, and a process of self-discovery which enables you to look at your whole-life picture and pinpoint your God-given abilities and personal style as it pertains to interacting with others. The battery reveals how you problem solve, where you get your energy from, and how you connect with others, providing you with a framework for approaching relationships, educational studies, and career pursuits.
The results of the HAB reveal how to work effectively with others, and therefore the benefits to a ministry team are superb.
As a part of this program, each participant will receive access to take the HAB online, which is a three hour assessment divided over 19 timed segments, which can be completed over multiple sittings. All participants will receive individual HAB reports. Prior to taking the HAB, participants will received a video message explaining the process. Once all the participants have completed the HAB, the group feedback and teaching sessions will be scheduled. The first, one-hour online session will unpack team dynamics in light of the HAB reports with a focus on communication styles. The second one-hour online session will focus on leadership development and ministry goals.
The fee for this program is $396 per person for teams of 5 or less. If your team is larger than five, please request customize pricing. SoulSTRENGTH Retreats and Workshops for Women’s Ministry Teams
The SoulStrength Retreats offer your ministry team an opportunity to connect face-to-face for an extended and focused period of spiritual growth and leadership development. The retreats are customized to your needs, and can be one-day or weekend retreats with two to four teaching and training sessions.
Elisa will draw upon the Holy Spirit’s leading to customize a retreat for your ministry team. She often teaches from Romans 12 and Ephesians, as well as unpacking the principles of godly leadership and community connection found throughout Scriptures. Elisa can’t help but include leadership skills training throughout her retreats, explaining how to communicate more effectively and embrace one’s God given wiring. Each retreat will include time for prayer, small group discussion, personal application, and ministry team application.
