Our M2B Mentoring Training & Study courses tackle these questions and more. One of our Mentor Leaders, Jaci, who will be co-leading this course, shares a bit about what she learned through her own mentoring training experience.

I think if some one were to ask me a year ago if discipleship or mentoring was important, I would have said yes but would have also said there were areas in my past that I felt disqualified me. I also could have come up with a list of excuses, like a lack of time, energy, and knowledge. That’s until I began reading Impact My Life: Biblical Mentoring Simplified as a part of one of the first M2B Mentoring Training Courses.

I was eager to learn how to mentor and was ready to make a difference in the lives of those around me.

At first I thought I would be embarking on a terribly hard journey, but I found a gentle guiding hand through my experience in the M2B Close Facebook Group along with the Biblical truths filling the pages Impact My Life, which were truly easy to apply. Not only that, but being able to learn under Elisa Pulliam has taught me how to teach others the simplicity of mentoring that Christ calls us to.

Christ calls us to make disciples…and biblical mentoring is one way to go about answering that call.

This course and the community that has formed from reading the book and doing the study guide has challenged my spiritual walk and encouraged me to press on. That’s why I am thrilled to serve as a Mentor Leader and lead women through this experience, too. This study will be facilitated in a closed Facebook group. The reading assignments will be posted at the beginning of each of the four weeks, and discussion questions will follow later in the week.
