Are you a planner, mapping everything out on your calendar with color-coded labels and all?
Or are you more of a laid back, take it as it comes type of gal?
Regardless of which camp you find yourself in, as the year comes to a close (and boy I am happy about that), I have started to think about how I want to intentionally plan for 2021! I am asking myself the question “Am I still pursuing God in my everyday life and if not, what changes do I need to make?”
In this episode of the More to Be Podcast, I change gears and use this time to share with you how I go about planning for the coming year while reflecting on God’s faithfulness in the past. The Equipped: Life on Purpose resource was something I created for myself nearly a decade ago, and this year, in the midst of all the craziness of life, God’s prompted me to pull it out, put it to work, and encourage you to do the same. You can grab it here. If you’re craving some structure seasoned with a whole lot of grace for living intentionally in the year to come, this episode is for you.

I set these goals like throwing darts at a board because I know we can plot our course, but God directs our steps.
When we start writing our goals down, when we look back, we can see what God has done, what he has enabled us to do, and what he has chosen differently for us than what we had planned.
This is about stones of remembrance of God’s goodness.
Hebrews 13:20-21 CSB Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus—the great Shepherd of the sheep—through the blood of the everlasting covenant, equip you with everything good to do his will, working in us what is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Luke 11:9-10 CSB “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
This is a process of stewarding the life God has given you, the relationships you have, the passions the Lord has put in you, which enables you to live out His best for your life.
Are we doing life with God or without God?
My desire for you is that you will be able to do life intimately with Jesus.
